Please remember:
• Must weigh at least 110 pounds
• Must be at least 16 years old
• 16-year-olds must provide a parent/guardian permission slip
• Bring a photo ID
• Eat within 2–3 hours before donating
• Get a good night’s sleep
• Drink plenty of fluids
