Officer Lee

Since 2015, Officer Bob Lee has been a cornerstone of safety and support within the Quakertown Community School District.

In the wake of another tragic school shooting, Officer Lee helped establish QCSD’s School Resource Officer program after the District was awarded a grant from the Department of Education to fund the initiative. His leadership and vision laid the foundation for the strong safety partnership our schools benefit from today.

A member of the Quakertown Borough Police Department since 2004, Officer Lee brings extensive experience and specialized training to his role at Quakertown Community High School. He is a certified ALICE/Navigate instructor, leading lockdown and safety drills to ensure our staff and students are prepared. As a certified Safe School Assessor through the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime & Delinquency (PCCD), he conducts assessments designed to make schools even more secure.

In addition, Officer Lee is trained through the Bucks County Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) program, equipping him with the skills to de-escalate behaviors and support individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Beyond QCSD, he also serves as a per diem instructor at the Temple University Police Academy, helping to train the next generation of law enforcement professionals.

Officer Lee’s dedication extends far beyond security — he is a mentor, educator, and trusted presence in our schools.

Thank you, Officer Lee, for your leadership, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to keeping our students and staff safe every day.
